pX Network Application Server/Controller Featured

The OPIX pX Series Application Server is a hardware platform for hosting the OPIX Now! Suite of applications.

The pX Server ships in a wall mount enclosure suitable for indoor equipment rooms.  It is capable of serving web-based GUI for small-medium controls networks as a stand-alone device or networked together to scale up to almost any size enterprise solution. Users can seamlessly integrate LonWorks, BACnetIP, ModBus, etc. with many legacy systems to create a unified controls network.

The OPIX Now! suite includes an Open-Architecture browser-based graphical interface allowing users to view and manipulate underlying systems without the need of dedicated workstations or client software applications. Standard web development software or the built-in webEditor can be used to create stunning graphics and animations using standard image formats such as jpg, gif, png, bmp, swf, and many others.

The OPIX Now! technology updates data screens in background eliminating the need for page refreshes, maximizing the user experience. The OPIX pX server provides a distributed system when multiple units are networked together for scalability and reliability. Multiple pX servers can be installed for schedule, backup and redundancy purposes on a single network.
